 *IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT*

(MAY ORDERS) CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES CAN TAKE UP TO 8-10 WEEKS 

SO SORRY FOR THE DELAY & ANY FRUSTRATION THIS MAY CAUSE BUT I CAN ASSURE YOUR I AM HARD AT WORK ON YOUR ORDER AND IT WILL BE HEADING YOUR WAY SHORTLY.

NEW POLICIES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1,2021

Processing times are currently set at 4-6 weeks (business days). This DOES NOT include weekends or shipping times.

SHIPPING

  • Inter Island and local delivery is typically 1-3 days 
  • Mainland is typically 5-7 days
  • Please visit usps website for specific estimated shipping times

I prepare shipments and ship them out in big batches.

SHIP DAYS ARE: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

  • I will drop off my shipments on these days, I post the most updates on my IG @alohabumshawaii but also email me if you have any issues with your orders.

TRACKING:

Tracking is available for you as long as you have provided an email or use the shop app.  Tracking is automatically sent to your method used at checkout either email or txt (via shop app)

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PROVIDE CORRECT EMAILS AND CELLPHONE NUMBERS. OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SHIPPING EMAILS.

If you cannot find your shipping email in your regular inbox CHECK YOUR SPAM folder.

I will gladly replace any order that has zero tracking or has been "lost" for over 2 weeks. 

To decrease processing times, many items are already cut out or pre made. This means your specific size or style may not be always be available. Any items that are deemed "made to order" have a processing time of 14-21 day processing time while other items premade will NOT take that amount of time.

  • IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER IT NEEDS TO BE DONE WITHIN 48HRS OF YOUR ORDER. (NO EXCEPTIONS) ANY TIME AFTER THAT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE FILLED WITHIN YOUR PROCESSING TIME.


    *ACCEPTION* if your kini was defective via workman error, contact me immediately! I do handcraft these on my own and sometimes one may fall through the cracks. I will be able to accomadate you as best as I can. should your item be defective/damaged you may send it back for approval and a new one will be sent to you or another complementary one if that specific material is not in stock.

Adult pieces are always sold separately unless specified under certain circumstances. to achieve a full set top and bottom will need to be purchased separately.

SIZES CAN RUN SMALL. please use your own intuition to make the best size choice. I WILL NOT give size suggestions. I have size charts and measurements & are happy to give them to you so you can make your best selection. I do not promise that the size chart will work for EVERYONE.


KEIKI KINIS/BOARDIES: if in doubt, SIZE UP.


* THERE IS A 1 INCH SEAM ON ALL BIKINIS* this is a close hole which allows me to flip the garment right side out when its finished. All the seams will be on the inside instead of the outside.

  • All bikinis are made out of 4way stretch swimsuit material, (stretches in materials vary)
    Some are thicker than others which may result in a need to size up or down depending on your needs.  

I take pride in my work and take the time to evaluate each piece carefully before it is sent out. Customer satisfaction is my priority, but sometimes kinis do fall through the cracks. If there is any workman error PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY and I will be happy to work something out with you.


Note that colors vary from monitor to monitor setting & fabrics are scaled down to fit into space. note: (colors may not look exactly how they appear on your screen)

 I am not responsible for items properly cared for. Bathing suits should be hand washed and hung dry to assure maximum quality of the garment. Machine washing or washing with other items, may fray or damage your bathing suits.

 I reserve the right to take any extra time to complete your order as that is my main goal. Processing times listed above are not set in stone & can be extended for any reason.
